Phillip Mawby BSc (Hons) MRICS, Partner

Phillip is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in commercial property.  He specializes in all aspects of commercial professional work including rent review and lease renewal negotiations, valuations and business rates appeals.

He is married with three sons and a daughter.  He plays the drum kit and enjoys cycling, football, squash and fly fishing.
