In addition, Duncan & Bailey Kennedy also won two awards at the prestigious CoStar Awards Ceremony held in October at the Meridian Piccadilly. On the night, they won two out of the five awards on offer for the West London & Thames Valley Area, winning the award for the highest number of office instructions and most number of office deals completed.
