Liam joined Duncan Bailey Kennedy in 2022 following his time at a leading property consultants based within the Midlands. Liam studied at Nottingham Trent University where he achieved a first-class MSc honours degree in International Property Investment and Real Estate Finance. Liam is currently working towards his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and assists Adrian Dolan within the commercial agency team. Additionally, he assists Phillip Mawby with valuation and landlord tenant work.
Liam enjoys spending his time outside of work either playing the drums, training combat sports like Muay Thai or improving his skills as a Disc Jockey. Liam enjoys attending music festivals, gigs and watching UFC.
