DUNCAN BAILEY KENNEDY TOPS CoStar Deals table in Buckinghamshire and Wins Estates Gazette's Most Active Agent 2018

High Wycombe based commercial property agents and chartered surveyors Duncan Bailey Kennedy are delighted to announce they have won Estate Gazette's Most Active Agent Award in Buckinghamshire 2018 for the seventh time in the last eight years.

In addition, Duncan Bailey Kennedy also won three awards at the prestigious CoStar Buckinghamshire Awards..

Duncan Bailey Kennedy are delighted to announce that construction has now commenced on Summerleys Business Centre in Princes Risborough.

The construction of this light industrial scheme will see the development of 8 high specification units ranging in size from 2,900 – 6,500 sq. ft.  This site will further develop the Princes Estate creating much needed employment to support the towns growing population with completion due in December 2018.

To celebrate the occasion Duncan Bailey Kennedy attended the ground-breaking ceremony this week hosted by our client Westhall Estates, which was fully supported by the Mayor of Princes Risborough, Matt Walsh, who was also in attendance along with representatives from Ercol Furniture, Lodge Park Construction and BCAL Consulting.

We have been instructed as sole agents to sell the freehold units of this scheme and have a lot of early interest in this rare opportunity in the area.

High Wycombe local Tom Good joins Duncan Bailey Kennedy

Duncan Bailey Kennedy are pleased to announce that Tom Good has recently joined to assist Stephen Bailey-Kennedy in all aspects of Investment & Development Agency, as well as providing support to the Management Team.  Tom has joined from a global real estate advisory firm where he worked in the field of Property Management across a range of mixed use buildings in London and has over 6 years property experience.

 Growing up and living locally, Tom attended John Hampden Grammar School in High Wycombe, before attending the University of Portsmouth, where he achieved a BA (Hons) Degree.  He also spent 3 years working within residential lettings and management at Paradigm Housing and has a good knowledge of High Wycombe and the surrounding Home Counties.
