Phillip is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in commercial property. He specialises in all aspects of commercial professional work including rent review and lease renewal negotiations, and valuations for all purposes. He is a RICS Registered Valuer and on the RICS President's Panel of Arbitrators, regularly receiving appointments to act as the third party on rental disputes.
He is married with three sons and a daughter. He plays the drum kit and enjoys field hockey, cycling, football, squash and fly fishing.
