Stephen Bailey-Kennedy

Stephen is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He set up Duncan & Bailey Kennedy in 1986, with the firm celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2016. He has over 40 years of experience in advising national and locally based companies.
Stephen now concentrates on investment sales and acquisitions, as well as development situations and has a wealth of experience in providing advice in such sectors. He also continues to provide advice with regard to commercial property management.
Stephen is married and has two married daughters and a young grandson.
