We are delighted to announce that Duncan Bailey Kennedy have won EGI’s prestigious Most Active Agent Award In Buckinghamshire 2015, for the fifth year running.

In addition, we are also pleased to be runners up in the CoStar 2015 Western Corridor office Agents Awards for number of deals/ instructions. This is a major achievement given that the Western Corridor stretches from Hammersmith in West London to Oxford and Basingstoke. Furthermore, we were competing with international and regional firms, some of whom have several offices in the area and are predominantly focused on larger markets such as the M4 corridor.

What is particularly pleasing, when reviewing the CoStar statistics, is that we concluded more deals and let/ disposed of more square footage than the combined efforts of our two main local competitors.
