Duncan Bailey Kennedy  are pleased to announce we have won EGi’s Most Active Agent Award in Buckinghamshire 2020 for the eighth time in the last ten years. The award is based on the highest number of deals concluded between1st August 2019 and 31st July 2020

Highlights of the year included two significant lettings in May 2020 on Globe Park Marlow of a 17,000 sq ft warehouse and an 18,000 sq ft office letting to Intel at Eclipse.  As well as the sale in June 2020 of a 33000 sq ft office Business Park at Wooburn Green.  During the course of the year the Agency team have also managed to conclude a number of significant lettings on Cressex Business Park in particular achieving a rent of £14.50 per sq ft at Wycombe Trade Park.  A number of these deals have been concluded off market which is always particularly pleasing and reinforces our founding principles and business model of providing sensible pragmatic advice, whilst remaining focused on High Wycombe and its immediate surrounding areas.
