After over 31 happy years at 15 Castle Street, Duncan Bailey Kennedy have acquired new offices and moved to The Mews, 20 Amersham Hill, which is adjacent to High Wycombe mainline railway station.
Commenting on the move, Phillip Mawby, Partner and Head of Professional Services, stated “whilst we are sad to say goodbye to our old offices, our new premises at The Mews, offer modern, fully refurbished office space, which will provide our team with a pleasant working environment along with the ability to implement our exciting expansion plans. Significantly, the offices are virtually adjacent to the railway station and have on site car parking for our staff and visitors and this will be a real benefit for us”.
Adrian Dolan, Partner and Head of Commercial Agency, comments “the new premises at The Mews were being marketed by Duncan Bailey Kennedy for the owner and it was an interesting discussion when I mentioned to our client that we had found a potential tenant willing to take the space!
2017 has been a successful year for Duncan Bailey Kennedy. We won the EGi Deals Competition for Buckinghamshire, which is awarded to the firm who has concluded the most transactions in the County. We also won two of the five awards at the prestigious CoStar West London and Thames Valley Commercial Agency Awards evening held at the Meridian Hotel in Piccadilly where we were not only competing with local firms, but also with London, international, and regional firms, some of whom have several offices in the area and are predominantly focused on larger markets, such as the M4 corridor.
The professional and management teams continue to expand, securing new clients and, in particular, securing a new management portfolio totalling over 325,000 sq.ft.
The practice has a dedicated and enthusiastic team and with our new modern, more operationally conducive working environment will generate further success in the years to come”.
